If you've tried anything, or made changes to any config files, try post the before and after changes so we can have a look(redact any lines in your files that you might consider sensitive information)
If you can also post which sites you consulted or if you have a chatlog from chatGPT/Copilot/Other Chatbot, please upload it too so we can understand your experience and what's been suggested.

Windows OS is optional. If you need to get your Linux OS version, open the terminal and type

cat /etc/*release

You'll get a few lines of output like below, please post either DISTRIB_NAME or PRETTY_NAME

Also in the terminal run the following to get your kernel version. It'll give us more information to help troubleshoot, it's a single-line output.

uname -r
